We have partnered with reputable insurance companies regarding accounts receivable analysis (Ergo Hestia, KUKE, Euller Hermes, and Atradius) that analyse the credit standing of our Clients and assign them individual credit limits.
By applying for a credit limit with Megabajt, the Client agrees to have their application analysed by Ergo HESTIA and for Megabajt to report to Ergo Hestia any future amounts due under the assigned limit.
To report a damaged product, sign in on http://rma.megabajt.com.pl and go to ‘service – new ticket’. When the product registration is complete, the system generates an RMA number. Put this number in an easily visible place on the package. It is advisable to use the generated RMA document and address data for this.
