I consent to have my personal data processed by Megabajt sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Rydygiera 8, that is the controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
The purpose of the data processing is to respond to a message from the contact form. The personal data are necessary to obtain a reply. The data are processed based on consent. The data recipient will be a technical services provider to the controller. The personal data will be processed for 30 days following the message from the contact form.
I may file a request with the controller to access my personal data, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing. I may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
