I agree to the processing of my personal data by Megabajt sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Rydygiera 8 Street, which is the data controller in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
Data processing takes place for the purpose of recruiting employees. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to carry it out. The basis for data processing is my consent. The recipient of the data will be the entity dealing with IT services of the data administrator.
I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time. Personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn, or until the recruitment process is completed. I have the right to request from the administrator access to my personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. Personal data concerning me will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
